When a woman is trying to conceive, one of first steps is regulating the periods, as the underlying hormonal imbalance with irregular periods can affect egg quality, ovulation and uterine lining. Irregular periods are associated with unpredictable ovulation, which makes conception more difficult.

At Eastern Harmony we tailor treatment based on individual constitution to help regulate the menstrual periods. Herbs to help during the phase before (follicular) and after ovulation (luteal) are combined to achieve faster results at regulating the periods.
